Sammy's House is constantly growing and evolving to meet the needs of the children, families, and communities we serve. One of our goals for the near future is to secure funding to finish making improvements to our outdoor playground, including pool improvements and the installation of shade covers to provide protection from the sun for children playing outside. These improvements represent our dedication to making our spaces as safe, enjoyable, and accommodating as possible for children with disabilities and special needs.
Our other major goal is to secure funding to expand our services to Williamson County, one of the fastest growing areas in Texas. Many parents drive from Round Rock, Leander, and surrounding areas every day to bring their children to Sammy's House because these services don't exist in their communities. The facility will provide a new point of access for families in Williamson County who are searching for an inclusive child care center equipped to meet their child’s needs.
